If you would like to host a private event, not open to the public (the bar will be closed for the time of your event), all rentals include open bar and gratuity for up to 70 guests, 2 bartenders and a dedicated floor staff member. Outside food/catering is allowed. 10% Deposit required. The rental prices are as follows:
Thursday $4,000 8pm-midnight
Friday $5,000 8pm-midnight
Saturday $6,000 8pm-midnight
For smaller events (15 to 30 guests), we will close our venue side (while maintaining our bar side open) and we can host your exclusive event for the following guarantees. That means you pay the difference, less what your guests have paid, for both bar and tip guarantees. ($500 bar guarantee = $100 tip guarantee.) No deposit required unless bar needs to cancel a previously scheduled public event.
Monday-Friday $500 bar guarantee plus 20% tip guarantee 4pm to 7pm.
Saturday $1000 bar guarantee plus 20% tip guarantee 1pm to 7pm. $500 plus 20% tip guarantee 1-4pm.
Sunday $500 1pm-4pm plus 20% tip guarantee. After 4pm please contact for rates.
All of the above may be available as an open bar against a credit card. You may set a dollar amount beyond the guarantee. 20% tip guarantee applies.
We are more than happy to reserve you table or two on our venue side for GRATIS as long as your party arrives by reserved time (and everyone is over 21). Please include how many you expect in your party.
Please Note: If you are here during an event, there is one drink minimum per person per set/event and a $5 suggested donation per person for each band/event if asked. Please let your party know ahead of time.
Bar can be used off hours or closed for shooting. Rates vary depending on length and time. For bands who perform at The Way Station, please contact management and to discuss rates and times.
